Red Mountain Energy Signs Milestone Contract for the Delivery of an Air Separation Plant
Red Mountain Energy has signed a contract to deliever an air separation plant in the Moscow region. This marks a milestone as the 30th project in the company's portfolio.
The contract delivery package is to include an air separation unit for the generation of liquid oxygen and nitrogen, a centrifugal turbo-compressor, a compressor electric motor and a tower cooler. Premium Engineering, the strategic partner of Red Mountain Energy in Russia, will be responsible for supervising the installation, precommissioning and monitoring the training of personnel.
The plant's oxygen (LO2) generation capacity is 1,050 kg/hr and the nitrogen (LN2) generation capacity is 1,000 kg/hr.
Red Mountain Energy has been involved in air separation projects in Russia and the CIS for over 5 years. During this time the company has implemented a range of projects of varying scale and complexity. The company's air separation units are delivered as complete equipment sets which may include various ancillary equipment such as compressors, tower coolers, tanks and vessels such as cryogenic storage tanks, as well as gas-distribution equipment.
The customer can also expect a wide range of services including design engineering, supervised installation, precommissioning, monitoring of personnel training and aftermarket service.
