After the poetry came music: the violin was played by the Distinguished Artist of the Russian Federation, Elena Revich, while on the piano was Olga Domnina, the winner of numerous international competitions, and together they delivered a masterful performance of classical pieces by Brahms, Scriabin, Sviridov, Dvořák. The well-known composer Vladimir Genin presented a new rendition of Ennio Morricone’s score for the movie “Once Upon a Time in America”, specially prepared for this occasion, as well as his new rendition of the folk Russian song, “Yablochko”.
